1. Grinding classification+magnetic separation
Crush the raw ore to - 30mm, control the particle size to -0.71mm after grinding and classification, conduct secondary magnetic separation by magnetic separator, and conduct hydraulic classification by hydrocyclone to obtain quartz sand concentrate and tailings.
2. Grinding classification+magnetic separation+flotation
After crushing, grinding and grading, the raw ore is subject to a stage of magnetic separation. The pulp with iron impurities removed enters the flotation machine for flotation. Finally, other impurities are removed to obtain quartz sand concentrate.
3. Roasting water quenching+magnetic separation+acid leaching+flotation
The raw ore is crushed, screened and classified after roasting, water quenching and manual sorting, and then floatated to obtain quartz sand concentrate after one week of magnetic separation and acid leaching.
4. Scrubbing classification+grinding classification+magnetic separation+reverse flotation
5. Roasting water quenching+magnetic separation+flotation+acid leaching
6. Ultrafine crushing+classification+flotation+microwave acid leaching
