Coarse flotation: Place the ground copper lead zinc ore into a flotation machine, add a certain amount of collectors, foaming agents, and other agents, and perform rough flotation separation to separate the copper lead ore and zinc ore.
Secondary grinding: The separated copper lead ore and zinc ore are respectively subjected to secondary grinding to further improve the grade of copper lead ore and zinc ore.
Fine flotation: Put the copper lead ore that has undergone secondary grinding into a flotation machine for fine flotation separation to obtain high-grade flotation concentrate of copper and lead.
Concentrate treatment: The obtained copper and lead flotation concentrate is further treated, including flotation to remove impurities, roasting, smelting and other processes, in order to obtain high-purity copper and lead metals.
Zinc concentrate treatment: The zinc ore that has undergone rough flotation and fine flotation separation is subjected to dehydration, leaching, electrowinning and other processes to obtain high-purity zinc metal.
In summary, the flotation process of copper lead zinc ore is relatively complex and requires multiple processes. However, it can achieve effective separation and extraction of different metals and is currently one of the commonly used beneficiation methods.
