Fluorite Ore Composition: High-silica fluorite ore

Flotation Process: Raw ore - coarse crushing - fine crushing - primary grinding - rough selection - rough regrinding - fine selection - fine scavenging

Beneficiation Test: XinHai Mining Equipment determined the beneficiation process based on the customer's product plan and comprehensive ore properties. In this project, fluorite and quartz are closely associated in the ore. XinHai Mining Equipment's technical team increased the grinding fineness to reduce the silicon dioxide content in the concentrate. To minimize the impact of primary and secondary slimes on the sorting operation, regrinding was performed only on the coarse scavenger concentrate. Subsequent fine selection removed fluorite and quartz coexisting in fine-grained particles in advance, eliminating the influence of sticky minerals on flotation and further ensuring the quality of fluorite concentrate.
Mine Design: The original ore adopts a two-stage closed-circuit crushing and screening process. After one-stage grinding and two-stage classification, the material obtains a fineness of -200 mesh 71%. After one roughing and one scavenging, coarse scavenger concentrate is obtained. After regrinding, the fineness of the coarse scavenger concentrate is increased to -325 mesh 90%. Following seven stages of fine selection and one stage of fine scavenging, qualified fluorite concentrate is obtained, bagged after concentration and filtration to produce the final fluorite concentrate product.
Equipment Manufacturing: XinHai Mining Equipment innovatively customized efficient, safe, and environmentally friendly fluorite beneficiation equipment according to project requirements. Currently, XinHai Mining Equipment has two large mining machinery manufacturing bases, equipped with hundreds of mechanical processing equipment such as lathes, milling machines, planers, grinders, boring machines, drills, stamping machines, welding machines, rolling machines, shearing machines, and independently developed special processing equipment such as ball mill dedicated machining centers, bearings, and pulleys. It can manufacture and produce complete sets of equipment required for various types of ore according to international standards.
Tailored Design Solutions:
XinHai Mining Equipment designed the overall layout of the fluorite beneficiation plant, making rational use of the terrain elevation difference. The plant is arranged in a stepped manner, including crushing and screening workshops, belt corridors, powder ore warehouses, grinding and flotation workshops, fine concentrate dewatering and storage workshops, and tailings dry stacking workshops in the plant area. It also includes various ancillary buildings such as offices, dormitories, parking lots, laboratories, machine repair workshops and warehouses, new water tanks, return water tanks, chemical warehouses, and substations, fully meeting on-site production and living needs.
Mine Automation and Control System:
For the fluorite beneficiation process, XinHai Mining Equipment implemented collaborative and optimized control for various stages such as crushing, grinding, sorting, fine concentrate dewatering, tailings transportation, and water systems, achieving comprehensive automation for the entire beneficiation plant. PLC controllers and a video monitoring system were used to collect and control production data, providing intuitive and convenient operation interfaces.
Energy-saving Tailings Water Recycling:
To meet the requirements of modern enterprises for production environment, XinHai Mining Equipment adhered to the principles of environmental protection and pollution reduction, designing a customized tailings water recycling solution. To guide the selection of tailings dewatering equipment and the design of tailings storage, XinHai Mining Equipment conducted tailings settling tests. All production water is treated and returned to the process flow for reuse after entering the return water tank.
