(3)Inclined plate thickener
Application scope: The inclined plate concentrator is mainly used for clarifying and concentrating flotation tailings, and can also be used in other industries to process various slurries containing solid particles.
Unique design: A stirring device is installed in the center of the inclined plate concentrator casing to prevent uneven sedimentation of the slurry during the concentration process and improve the concentration effect. A vibrator is installed on the outer wall of the cone bucket area, which accelerates the concentration of flocs while preventing blockage of the slurry. Through the synergistic effect of the mixing device and vibrator, the inclined plate concentrator can operate stably and efficiently, ensuring the concentration effect of tailings.
As the next dehydration process after the concentration operation, Xinhai has also put a lot of effort into the filtration equipment.
