Screening machine: it is used for screening operation before selection, and it is used together with the crusher. The self centering vibrating screen is suitable for the classification of medium and fine minerals; Linear vibrating screen is suitable for dehydration, desliming, dehydration and heavy medium removal; Circular vibrating screen is used for grading the particle size of materials.

Ball mill: It is used for grinding operation before beneficiation to grind small pieces of crushed ore into small particles or powder. The grid type ball mill is mainly used for primary grinding, the overflow type ball mill is used for fine grinding or secondary grinding, and the rod mill is mainly used for fine crushing and primary grinding.

Screw classifier: it is used for classification before concentration, and is generally used with lattice ball mill. The processing capacity of high weir spiral classifier is 10~1785t/d, and that of submerged classifier is 50~1410t/d.

Hydrocyclone: It is the same as the spiral classifier, and is used for classification before beneficiation. It is generally used with overflow ball mill. The overflow returns to the ball mill for grinding again, and the underflow enters the following beneficiation stage.

Belt feeder: it is used to transport ores and connect various operation stages. It can transport various bulk and granular materials with a bulk density of 0.5~2.5t/.

Flotation equipment

Stirring tank: it is used to fully mix the pulp, reagent and air (ore, reagent and gas), and send them to the flotation machine after they are evenly mixed;

Flotation machine: Common models include SF type flotation machine, JJF type flotation machine, BF type flotation machine, KYF type flotation machine, XCF type flotation machine, etc. Suitable flotation equipment shall be customized according to the ore properties.

Magnetic separation equipment

Permanent magnetic cylinder magnetic separator: it can be used for pre selection, rough selection and selection, and the selected particle size range is 2~10mm;

High gradient magnetic separator: mainly used for strong magnetic separation, suitable for processing fine hematite ore below 2mm;

Dry magnetic separator: used for pre concentration of hematite before grinding; Hematite tailings re concentration and iron recovery from waste steel slag.

Magnetic drum: more intensive magnetic separation, suitable for magnetic separation of coarse hematite below 30mm.

Reselection device

Jig: handle 30 (2)~0.5mm coarse iron ore;

Shaker: handle 2~0.037mm fine iron ore;

Spiral chute: handle 0.1~0.37mm fine iron ore with low silt content.

Fine/tailings dewatering equipment

Cyclone: generally used for primary concentration operation, low flow concentration range is 60~70%;

Thickener: it can be used for one-stage or two-stage dehydration operation, and the low flow concentration range is 50~60%;

High frequency dewatering screen: generally used as a three-stage dewatering operation, with the final moisture content of 12~15%;

Filter press/filter: commonly used in the final dehydration stage, with a moisture content of 9-12%.
